Whether you are an athlete or a complete beginner, this class offers exercise alternatives to suit your fitness level and Strength & Conditioning Goals. Learn to Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, Row and Olympic Lift in NSA's research-based programs designed to improve your strength and durability. Morning S&C with NSA Co-owner Jeremy McCulloch. You don't have to be an expert in the gym to train 'functionally' Functional fitness means training to be stronger, injury resistant and more energetic in your daily ventures. Limited experience? No problem. All Levels welcome.

NSA Runners strength class is back! With 4x Reckless Raven Winner Ian Weir. Join our supportive running community and hone your technique, speed and pace with the Yukon's top endurance coach. Inclusive for all levels. Improve your technique, lower your times, and understand the sport of running on a deeper level, as it applies to your goals. This class offers strength, power and mobility training in the planes of movement pertinent to you as a runner.
60 Minutes. Monday-Wednesday-Fridays at Noon
With the same routines as the 7:30am and 6:30pm classes, this functional strength class teaches compound multi-joint lifts (including olympic lifting) that improve athleticism, strength, coordination, power and more. This is not a bodybuilding class- while it will improve the way you look, it is designed to improve your functional strength and performance. Coached by NSA co-owner Ben McPherson, BA, CSCS. Ben is currently remotely studying a Masters in Medical Science (Strength & Conditioning specification) from Edith Cowan University in Australia. NSA strength classes are fed with the latest research from the top S&C Master's program on the planet.
