- Jump into a classes with unlimited sessions for $40 in your first 2 weeks.
- Save cash by booking your whole group or team for $23-$30 per person (size dependant).
- Book a 1:1 for $80-100 per session.
- OR Get 1:1 personalization at a fraction of the cost with small group personal training for $35/ session on our SGPT membership.

We have brand new racks, barbells, bumper plates and sport science equipment, all purchased in 2025-2026. We are currently upgrading and expanding our facility with 5x the space and more cutting edge strength and conditioning equipment!
We offer sport specific training, programs testing and monitoring at NSA where we have worked with many local sports, Yukon government and current professional athletes. NSA is where athletes train!
We offer a range of sport science testing including VO2 max, force plate analysis and BIA body composition scanners.
