High Performance Academy

NSA’s Main Program for Youth Athletes

Our High Performance Academy is built for athletes ages 12-18 who want to get stronger, faster, and more confident in their sport. Athletes can train up to 5 days per week in a structured environment focused on strength, speed, mobility, injury prevention, and long-term development. We also offer 1:1 performance training and team training for athletes who want something more customized.

Inside Our
High Performance
Academy

The High Performance Academy runs weekdays from 3:45-5:00 PM. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday focus on strength and power, while Tuesday and Thursday focus on speed, agility, and conditioning. Programming is sport-specific based on the athlete’s sport, position, and training background.
