Specifically designed to empower you with strength, conditioning, and body composition improvements. This class offers opportunities for women to find community, learn to lift, improve performance, and build strength.
Strength for the Endurance Athlete
For all levels of runners looking to join a supportive community, improve technique, increase speed, and reach your specific goals. Train with Yukon’s top endurance coach, Cora Partriarca. This class offers strength, power and mobility training in the planes of movement pertinent to you as a runner.
Lifting for Longevity
Specifically designed for the retired population, but open to anyone! Developed to make the most of your golden years, our program focuses on improving strength, performance, mobility, breath work, aims to build bone density and avoid injury to enhance your overall fitness and well-being. This class offers specific techniques by utilizing barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and other equipment to help reach your goals.
Hockey Strength & Conditioning
Stay strong and explosive all season-without extra fatigue. Led by Ben McPherson (CSCS; MSc S&C), this small-group program focuses on maintaining power, strength, and resilience during the season through concise, targeted sessions.
