If you’re an experienced athlete or a complete beginner, this class is designed to suit your fitness level and strength & conditioning goals.

This class offers improvements to your strength and durability by learning to squat, deadlift, bench press, row and olympic lift.

Strength for Endurance

For all levels of runner looking to join a supportive community, improve technique, increase speed, and reach your specific goals. Train with Yukon’s top endurance coach, Ian Weir.

This class offers strength, power and mobility training in the planes of movement pertinent to you as a runner.

Lifting for Longevity

Specifically designed for the retired population, but open to anyone! Developed to make the most of your golden years, our program focuses on improving strength, performance, mobility, breath work, aims to build bone density and avoid injury to enhance your overall fitness and well-being.

This class offers specific techniques by utilizing barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and other equipment to help reach your goals.
